Aim: to explore the differences between the Polish and English languages, with particular reference to how translation from Polish to English causes a whole range of problems.

  • Price:  FREE – materials included
  • Regular day and time:  Mondays at 8pm CET (weekly)
  • Start date:  Monday 10th February at 8pm CET
  • Duration:  8 weeks, with the option to continue
  • Length of lessons:  60 mins
  • Level:  Intermediate (B1) and above
  • Venue:  Skype group call and dedicated WhatsApp group

About the teacher:

Matt Purland has been living and teaching English in Poland since 2007. He has written 27 books for students and teachers of English, which are all free to download here.

His 2018 book ‘I Have Twenty Fingers’ explores differences in English and Polish.

His goal is to help Polish learners of English to improve their level by recognizing, understanding, and correcting their habitual errors.
