Task: Write a formal email to complain about your holiday
Here are some ideas to get you started:
– Write to a holiday company, travel agent, hotel manager, etc.
– Tell them what went wrong and why you are dissatisfied with your holiday
– Make it clear what you want them to do, e.g. apologise and give a full refund
– Use formal language and polite phrases throughout
